14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email hello@intentlylabs.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used to buy, or your order number from the receipt. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We'll confirm your refund within two working days.
- The refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 working days to show up.
- Your licence key is deactivated once the refund is processed, and you should uninstall the software.

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase aren't normally eligible. If something has gone wrong, such as the app not working on your PC, email us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
