These terms cover your use of the intentlylabs.com website and the software products sold by Intently Labs ("we", "us"), including BreakReminder. By buying, downloading or using our software, you agree to them.

Who sells our products

Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and sales tax for your purchase, and its own buyer terms also apply to the transaction.

Licence

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on the number of devices stated at purchase. For BreakReminder, that is up to two Windows PCs per licence. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the software or your licence key.

To move your licence to a new computer, use Deactivate in the app on the old computer first. If you can't, contact us and we'll help.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you may use the software for the trial period without paying. After the trial ends, a valid licence key is needed to keep using it. We never charge you automatically at the end of a trial.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Updates and support

We may release updates that fix problems or improve the software. Support is provided by email at hello@intentlylabs.com, and we aim to reply within two working days.

Health notice

BreakReminder suggests general stretches and breaks. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. Stop any exercise that causes pain, and seek professional advice if you have an injury or health condition.

Warranty and liability

Our software is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending your licence

Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
